Job description for Business Consultant (B2B, SaaS) at BETTER HR VIETNAM
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Better HR’s HRM, Payroll, Attendance & AI solutions in Vietnam.
- Consult and work directly with CEOs, C-level executives, and HR & Operations leaders, guiding them throughout the journey from Lead → Demo → Negotiation → Closing.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, proactively develop business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Consulting
- Good English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
