Job title: Business Analyst
Location: Onsite – Lê Đại Hành/ HN
Duration: 3 month trial (extend )

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from government agencies and project stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and requirement sessions to understand business processes and digital transformation needs.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FSD, User Stories, Process Flows, and Wireframes.
• Analyze business processes and propose solutions for system integration and interoperability across government platforms.
• Collaborate with PMs, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support UAT activities, validate delivered features, and assist in issue resolution during project implementation.
• Manage requirement changes and keep project documentation up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven experience in Government, Public Sector, E-Government, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, requirement specification, and use case modeling.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining BRD, SRS/FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Wireframes, and other business analysis artifacts.
• Solid understanding of UML, BPMN, ERD, and business process modeling methodologies.
• Proficient in BA and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, Microsoft Visio, and Balsamiq.
• Good knowledge of system integration, REST APIs, and SQL is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Government systems and standards, such as Public Service Portals, Document Management Systems, Digital Identity, e-Signature, LGSP/NGSP integration, or other e-Government platforms, is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, including business users and government agencies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with Waterfall projects is a plus due to the nature of public sector projects.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from diverse user groups.
