Job description for Business Analyst Intern (Company Secretariat) at Công Ty Chứng Khoán Phú Hưng

Responsibilities:

Assist the Company Secretariat in reviewing and documenting current workflows.
Support in drawing flowcharts, process maps, and simple diagrams under manager’s guidance.
Contribute ideas on process improvements using IT/AI tools.
Explore and test tools.
Prepare presentation slides to support Secretariat operations.

Requirements:

3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration with IT knowledge, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, flowchart drawing, and automation tools.
Quick learner, proactive in exploring new IT/AI solutions.
Plus: interest or basic understanding of AI, automation, and workflow management.
