REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

2. Able to communicate in English

3. Possess a Main Building Maintenance Expert certification

4. Understand building operations and maintenance including:

- Electrical systems

- HVAC/AC

- Plumbing

- Generators

- Lift & escalator

- Fire safety systems

5. Possess a General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Expert certificate

6. Possess an ISO 9001 Auditor certificate

7. Possess an NFPA certificate

8. Possess a Greenship Professional certificate

9. Physically and mentally healthy, proven by a doctor's certificate

10. No history of problematic credit records

11. Not involved in drug use

12. Honest, professional, polite, and friendly
