• Maintain, coordinate and supervise between departments
• In charge of running the building operation in M bloc area properly, develop management policies and their implementation
• Supervise technical and administrative environment of each department
• Liaise with owner and tenants
• Coordinate and manage with the relevant parties such as out sourcings, projects, contractors, suppliers and other departments that support the M bloc area operations such as IT, Finance, Purchasing, HR, etc.
• Prepare the annual budget for building operation and maintenance
• Manage operational costs effectively and efficiently
• Build and maintain good relationship and communication with all tenants/occupants, goverment, police, etc
• Possess experience in data processing
The Successful Applicant:
• Bachelor degree, preferably with Engineering or Property Management background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Minimum 5 years experience in building/property management
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Discipline and self motivated
