Job description for BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (TEKNISI GEDUNG) at PT Indonesia Defence Services
Job Responsibilities :
- Estimating costs ahead of bidding
- Negotiating with suppliers on the cost of materials, equipment and labour
- Checking the quality of suppliers
- Monitoring repair progress
- Preparing before work begins
- Supervising contractor teams
- Working on a site or in office
- Building checklist patrol
- Preventive maintenance of building equipment: general electricity, air conditioner, plumbing, elevator, roofing, building
- Repair damaged building and equipment
- Building cleanliness & coordinating with team
Job Requirements :
- Min. SMK in electricity
- Experience as Building Technician for min. 3 years
- Familiar with HVAC and Electrical
- Have experience with General Electrical, Air conditioner management, Plumbing, Elevator maintenance, and Complain handling
