Job Requirement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Broadcasting, Media, or related fields.
- Strong interest in TV, radio, or digital broadcasting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of video/audio equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Able to commit for at least 3–6 months.
- Portfolio or previous media-related experience is a bonus (not mandatory).
Job Description
- Assist in preparing and organizing content for live and recorded broadcasts.
- Support script writing, storyboarding, and on-air coordination.
- Help with technical setup: cameras, mics, lighting, and studio arrangements.
- Monitor live broadcasts and provide real-time support to production teams.
- Conduct basic research for program topics and guest preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and content alignment.
- Maintain documentation and archives of recorded materials.
