Job description for Brand Marketing Communication Intern at RealCo

Hi future RealSquad! 👋

Our internship program is now open for Batch 17 — We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Communication Intern to support our team.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in crafting engaging branding, collaboration, and partnership proposals
Support brand marketing campaigns and activations from planning to execution
Stay up to date with current social media trends and content
Manage and assist in social media posting and content scheduling
Be involved in content production, including photo & video content
Confidently appear in front of the camera for brand content when needed
Support the team in content creation, basic design, and video editing

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for the beauty and FMCG industries
Up-to-date with digital trends and social media culture
Confident, proactive, and comfortable in front of the camera
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willing to Full WFO at Palmerah, West Jakarta.
Able to commit for a 3 Months Program Internship
