Job description for Brand Manager - Mom and Baby at VITA DAIRY VN
The Brand manager will collaborate with Senior BM & MKT Director to develop and implement a marketing strategy for the channels in charge (Mom & Baby Chains - GT Channel) to ensure the company's sales objectives and profitability by customer and channel.
1/ Job description
- Work with SBM & MD to develop and implement a marketing strategy for Mom & Baby Chains – GT channel.
- Collaborate with the Sales team (RSM/ASM) to achieve goals together.
- Develop marketing plan for new launching and current assigned products for Mom & Baby Chains
- Conduct market survey to get market trend, consumers’ & Mom & Baby Chains’ insight
- Strategize and optimize digital channels with website, social media… to build up relationship with Shop.
- Organize & prepare materials for promotional activities.
- Support to provide training to field force on relevant product knowledge
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure business activities running smoothly
- Full budgetary responsibilities for ensuring plans and campaigns are within agreed spending limits.
- Lead preparation of the brand plan, update, and long-range plan.
- Liaising closely with all relevant brand team members
- High level tactical planning.
Conformation:
- Closely track and collaborate with other Marketing team (Digital, PR, Call center) in marketing expenditures by assigned projects within the marketing budget and required timeline.
Others:
- Take part in cross-functional Project as required.
Cooperate with cross-functional departments.
2/ Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Marketing in Mom & Baby Care industry
- Highly experienced in developing Mom & Baby - GT channel at imported high-end IFT Milk Powder companies, Baby diapers, milk bottles, or baby-related products.
- Business understanding: P/L structure knowledge and good knowledge of key consumer insights, market research based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proficiency in the office computer.
- Enthusiastic and proactive spirit at work.
- Ability to withstand high pressure.
- Strong sense of business and highly result-oriented;
- Ambitious to grow, willing to learn, and excellent in the marketing field.
- Well-organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Product launch experience.
