Job description for Brand Content and Community at Klinik Pintar
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to create and ensure that all communication regarding the brand is clear, consistent and effectively conveyed to the target audience through all channels of communication (social media, blog website, marketing collateral, KOL, community, etc)
- Acting as a mentor or coach for a content writer subordinate, to guide content ideas, assist in maintaining the quality of produced content, and evaluate their overall performance.
Job Description:
- Establish Klinik Pintar brand awareness, perception and positioning in all brand communication channels by focusing on content and community strategy based on brand strategic direction
- Develop strong and right-on-target content strategy for multi-channels, content plan, relevance topics and strategic recommendation based on key insight, trends, business direction and data performance
- Ensure the content is well-executed, including creating appealing big idea (if needed), maintaining content quality and brand identity by working closely with internal marketing team, business unit and content agency hired by Clinic Management Team
- Support on planning and managing brand campaign by working closely with Brand & PR Manager
- Analyze key metrics and create social media reports that will inform stakeholders to make informed business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals and groups who are interested in our brand, including our customer base (patients), doctors, influencers, and other brands that may be interested in collaborations
- Identify relevant influencers, negotiate partnership and collaborations, and execute the campaign
- Organizing events (online or offline) to bring community members together
Requirements
- min. Bachelor's degree, all major are welcome
- min. 2 years of experience in similar position
- agile mindset and attitude is a must
- domicile in Jabodetabek and willing to WFO from Jakarta Selatan
