Job description for Brand and Marketing Manager at Finku
- Lead the marketing team to form user acquisition strategy and create high-quality creative output.
- Direct objectives, ideas, and concepts for our campaign and promotional needs.
- Develop & maintain decent standard of overall Finku branding identity & guideline.
- Manage a variety of small to large projects and experiments.
- Work together with analytics team to reflect on marketing performances and create iteration plans.
- Experienced as Creative Lead/Marketing Lead/similar role for minimum 3 years.
- Strong taste in visual & copywriting, especially in digital marketing; and is always up for latest trends.
- Good understanding Indonesian market & consumers.
- Possess good presentation & persuasion skills, growth mindset, and is a passionate learner.
- Fluent in English, written and verbally.
