JOB TITLE: BRAND AMBASSADOR (BA)
Reporting & Supervision: SASCO & LOTTE
Location: Lotte Duty Free – International Terminal 2, TSN Airport, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Schedule: Full-time, shift-based; initial shift starts from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)
The role
Represent the Brand at the store, engage with shoppers, introduce and sample products, and support sales growth through effective shopper engagement and product conversion.
What You'll Do:
Represent the Brand professionally at the assigned store and actively engage with shoppers.
Introduce products and conduct sampling activities according to assigned SKUs.
Support and drive sales performance against agreed monthly targets.
Focus on priority brands/SKUs and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Track and maintain records of sampling activities, shopper engagement, sales and conversion performance.
Monitor the conversion rate from samples served to bottles sold.
Collect shopper feedback and market insights where relevant.
Follow Brand guidelines, store procedures and project requirements.
Prepare and submit weekly performance reports covering sales, sampling, conversion and shopper engagement.
Participate in sales incentive programs based on actual sales achievement.
Who you are:
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Good-looking, well-groomed and confident, with a friendly and approachable manner.
Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales, PG/PB, Sampling staff or in Horeca industry is an advantage.
Able to work full-time and adapt to shift schedules, including an early morning shift starting from 6:00 AM.
Energetic, proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sales mindset.
Responsible and able to work effectively with store teams and internal stakeholders.
