🎯 Job Description
• Activate your own KOL network — this role is built around your existing direct relationships with beauty/skincare creators. You should be able to reach out and close immediately.
• Source new talent independently via direct outreach and warm intros across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram — no agency layers, no intermediaries.
• Negotiate and close deals directly with creators — rates, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, and payment terms.
• Manage direct contracts with individual influencers end-to-end.
• Build long-term partnerships — move top performers from one-off campaigns to ambassadorships or performance-based models (affiliate, rev-share).
• Map the market — identify rising creators early, track organic growth trends, and spot white-space opportunities.
• Track ROI (CPA, ROAS, incremental sales) and refine deal structures based on data.
• Draft proposals, contracts, and reports in English; present pipeline updates to the China-based management team in English.
✅ Requirements
• 1–3years of experience in KOL booking, influencer partnership, or BD/sales within beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
• A ready-to-activate personal network of beauty/skincare KOLs you have a direct relationship with — this is the #1 priority.
• Deal-making mindset — comfortable negotiating commercial terms directly with creators.
• Able to manage 100+ active conversations simultaneously and drive them to closure.
• English as a working language — write proposals/reports independently, present in meetings, read business docs without assistance.
• Native Vietnamese; Chinese is a plus.
