Job description for B.O.M Specialist at Baller Headwear
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
Manage, build, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) accurate data for product manufacturing process.
Input, update, and manage data within the ERP system to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Monitor and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process from purchasing raw materials to final production output.
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse departments to ensure timely material supply for production schedules.
Track inventory levels and production progress on the ERP system to prevent shortages or delays.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) management in manufacturing.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar manufacturing ERP modules).
Strong grasp of the full operational flow from purchasing to manufacturing.
Basic to intermediate English skills (able to read technical/BOM documentation, system interfaces, and write basic emails).
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under production deadlines.
Experience in Prompt Engineering and leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to streamline workflows and boost daily productivity.
Ability to effectively interact with Generative AI models to assist in data analysis, documentation, and operational troubleshooting.
