CClarity is a web application that helps B2B entrepreneurs and solopreneurs grow their
business through LinkedIn by finding relevant leads and helping them build thought leadership through quality content.
About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing
team. Your primary objective will be setting up qualified meetings with B2B agencies and
companies through LinkedIn outreach.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through
personalized communication on LinkedIn, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with
decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify the right B2B profiles on LinkedIn using our in-house lead
generation tool and other resources
● Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients through personalized LinkedIn
outreach
● Qualify leads through strategic questioning and needs assessment
● Set up meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team
● Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to generate a steady pipeline of opportunities
● Track all prospect interactions in our CRM system
● Meet or exceed monthly meeting scheduling targets
● Provide feedback on lead quality and market response to improve targeting
Requirements
● Excellent written communication skills, particularly for LinkedIn messaging
● Strong qualification skills and ability to identify decision-makers
● Results-oriented mindset with focus on meeting scheduling metrics
● Proficiency with LinkedIn as a primary outreach channel
● Experience with B2B sales processes preferred
● Comfort using our proprietary lead generation tool and other sales technologies● Resilience and persistence in outreach efforts
● Ability to understand our value proposition and communicate it effectively to B2B
agencies and companies
● 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales development or similar role
Bonus points if you have (not a must)
● Experience with video editing software
● Photography skills
● UI/UX design experience
● Knowledge of social media analytics and how design impacts engagement metrics
