Job description for Assistant Video Producer (entry level) at Mediashock Productions Pte Ltd
What we're looking for
You are a meticulous assistant producer with a knack for planning and putting together all the moving parts of a video project. You might not have all the experience, but you possess the awesome attitude to learn something quickly on the job. Best of all, you love tech, and able to understand tech jargons quickly.You pride yourself as an good communicator who is able to appreciate client’s needs and follow up closely on their requests. Above all, you are spurred by inventive mixed media projects, including hybrid events, mixed reality videos and tracked animation with live action filming.
What expertise you need
- Some experience in project management with good client-facing & internal communication skills. Show us how you can translate your student film project skills into the real world
- Strong attention to detail, such as scheduling, resource planning, proofreading of scripts and reviewing of content in relation to brand guidelines.
- Ability to record minutes of meetings, and prompt in following up with internal and external resources to ensure project deliverables.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage client relationships and multi-task to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Knowledge of motion graphics animation and hybrid events will be advantageous.
