MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
HERAMO tìm kiếm một Thực tập sinh/PTE xuất sắc, thông minh và có động lực cho vị trí Chuyên viên Phân tích Kinh doanh kiêm Trợ lý COO. Vai trò này hỗ trợ Giám đốc trong chiến lược, phân tích, triển khai sáng kiến và giám sát hoạt động, phù hợp với ứng viên đam mê đa lĩnh vực như chiến lược, vận hành, phân tích dữ liệu và truyền thông.
- Hỗ trợ COO trong công tác điều phối và giám sát hoạt động của các phòng ban, đảm bảo các kế hoạch triển khai đúng tiến độ.
- Thu thập, tổng hợp dữ liệu kinh doanh, hỗ trợ xây dựng báo cáo định kỳ theo hướng dẫn của Chuyên viên phân tích dữ liệu.
- Hỗ trợ theo dõi tiến độ dự án nội bộ, nhắc nhở và đốc thúc các bên liên quan hoàn thành đúng hạn.
- Tổ chức và sắp xếp lịch họp cho COO, ghi chép biên bản họp, theo dõi các đầu việc sau cuộc họp.
- Hỗ trợ quản lý tài liệu, hồ sơ và quy trình làm việc nội bộ để đảm bảo tính hệ thống và hiệu quả.
- Liên hệ và phối hợp với các đối tác, nhà cung cấp theo chỉ đạo của COO.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của COO để đảm bảo công việc vận hành trôi chảy.

- Linh hoạt (Tối thiểu 30 giờ/tuần).
