Job description for Assistant Store Manager Makassar at PT Maxx Coffee Prima
- Passionate and proactive in delivering the best coffee, product, and service to our customer with warm and genuine connection, as well as making positive contributions within the organization and the community in the neighborhood.
- Living with integrity in doing and delivering your best in every responsibility entrusted, including being a committed, honest, and accountable individual, as well as working together for the common good of the company.
- An internally driven person who value strive for excellence in achieving and maintaining the standard of quality, as well as being innovative in delivering solutions that generate value for our customer and our brand for further growth.
- Have at least 1 (one) year as Assistant Manager in F&B industry.
- Understand and able to Plan and direct the implementation of store operations strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, sales targets, and cost efficiency according to business objectives.
- Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members so that they can meet established standards.
- Understand and able to drive sales, manage store cash flow, and arrange monthly reports related to sales results of the store so that it can provide an overview of the conditions of sales for taking corrective actions.
- Have D3/S1 educational background.
- Willing to work in Makassar
