JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Executive Support
• Receive and communicate directives from the General Director (GD) to relevant departments and factories.
• Coordinate with departments to implement tasks assigned by the GD.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and effectively.
2. Information Management & Reporting
• Compile weekly reports from factories and departments.
• Analyze data as requested by the GD.
• Update and summarize new legal regulations and industry-related information.
• Track and ensure compliance with customer requirements on quality management and social responsibility standards.
• Oversee and follow up on important customer and partner emails, ensuring timely responses.
3. Administrative & External Affairs Support
• Draft, translate, and review documents, contracts, and official letters as directed by the GD.
• Verify the accuracy of documents before submission for approval.
• Conduct presentations and assist in guiding guests visiting the company.
• Arrange and remind the GD of work schedules and meetings with relevant units.
• Support the organization of seminars and company events when required.
• Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials.
4. Meeting Participation & Other Responsibilities
• Attend meetings with the GD, record minutes, and compile summary reports.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the GD.
• Develop weekly work plans and submit regular reports

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to synthesize, analyze, and report information effectively.
• Ability to work independently, adapt, and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Highly responsible, honest, straightforward, and attentive to detail.
• Willing to travel.
