Job description for Assistant Business Development Director at TemanCEO
- Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target
- Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
- Assist Director in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings
- Monitor the performance of sales to spot work areas that require improvement
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
- Ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to enhance company’s profit
- Assist Director in the administration stuff, support data and following-up the Sales team
- Performing all duties of the Director in cases of absence or emergency
- Train and guide sales staff to focus on company’s sales strategies as per company standards
- Ensure sales representative’s compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet targeted sales and profits
- Bachelor's Degree in all field
- Good attitude
- Strong analytical & calculation thinking
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel & Pivot in particular)
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, detailed-oriented
- Technology savvy
