1. Job description:
The Art Director / Senior Art Director is responsible for developing strong creative ideas and leading the visual direction of campaigns to ensure high-quality, engaging, and effective work that meets client objectives. This role requires solid creative skills, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to deliver impactful results.
2. Responsibilities:
- Develop strong creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Ensure high-quality art direction and consistency throughout all projects.
- Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Account, and Strategy teams to deliver effective and engaging ideas.
- Manage design execution, guide junior team members when needed.
- Present creative work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
3. Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in advertising or creative agencies.
- Strong conceptual thinking and design skills.
- Good understanding of digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in mentoring or leading small teams is a plus.
