Key Responsibilities
- Produce visual content, videos, and digital assets powered by Generative AI to support internal campaigns and client needs.
- Develop creative concepts based on briefs from the Account, Business, and Creative teams, translating them into compelling and relevant visual materials.
- Edit, refine, and ensure the quality of visual images and videos meets brand standards and client communication objectives.
- Optimize the use of Generative AI tools and prompt engineering to produce high-quality, efficient, and consistent output.
- Evaluate and conduct quality control on AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment before delivery to clients.
- Explore emerging AI tools, workflows, and technology trends to enhance production quality and improve work efficiency.
- Develop AI-powered creative services that bring added value and commercial impact to clients.
Requirements
- Strong visual design skills, including composition, layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Familiar with and actively using Generative AI tools such as Google Flow, OpenAI Image Generation, or similar tools to produce visuals, audio, and video, including a basic understanding of prompt engineering.
- Proficient in design and video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro to support AI-based content production.
- Creative, detail-oriented, able to work collaboratively, adaptable to change, and capable of managing multiple projects with dynamic deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to effectively translate creative ideas.
- Must submit a portfolio link (Behance, Google Drive, personal website, or similar) that reflects the qualifications above, particularly strength in design (DKV) and the application of AI software in visual/video production.
- Based in Jabodetabek or willing to work hybrid/on-site in accordance with company policy.
- Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Film, Animation, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of work experience in Content Creation, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Multimedia, or related fields.
