Job description for [Agency] Event Intern at Networld Asia

Working Location: Building No. 369 B-C Le Quang Dinh, Ward 5, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
Position Type: 6-month full-time Internship
Working Time: 8.30AM – 6.00PM (Mon – Fri)
Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support Internal team in planning, setting-up, and executing of event projects for Clients.
Research & update market trends and event ideas for brainstorming
Follow-up daily tasks with internal teams and other stakeholders
Handle administration tasks, paperwork, billings and reports
Support running events under Line Manager's direction
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Passionate with event activities
Proficient in English communication & Excel pratice (pivot table)
Good negotiation skills
Proactive, responsible & dynamic
Attention to detail (to follow contracts, payment, and related documents...)
Be strong to work under pressure
Smart working & clear thinking
Have personal laptop to work
