- Working Office: Hai Ba Trung, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
- Working Time: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM | Monday - Friday
Our dynamic and creative team is looking for an Account Executive with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
_Roles & Responsibilities_
- Build a keen understanding and acquire knowledge of consumers, brands, businesses, and clients.
- Take part in a multi-functional team to develop and implement 360-degree communication plans. Develop client service process and enforce the process on a regular basis.
- Manage day-to-day client communications, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction and trust.
- Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency, project timelines and deliverables, team alignment and workflow efficiency.
- Handle paperwork, manage vendors, and follow project budgets.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and business results, support adding in insights and recommendations to drive success.
- Other tasks as assgned by Line Manager.
_Candidate Profile_
- You should be a self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude.
- You should be level-headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; should be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.
- At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling integrated/social communication.
- Have good account management skill that is built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines of Advertising/ PR/ Events/ Digital. Advertising/TVC/Social experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail and follow-through, great multi-tasker.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
- Embrace changes and challenges, and be able to handle pressure well.
