Job description for Affiliate Specialist at Project 1945
Key Responsibilities :
- Affiliate Network Ownership — Maintain and grow the existing affiliate base — regular check-ins, promo updates, and performance-based incentives. Identify high-potential affiliates for deeper activation and keep churn low.
- New Affiliate Recruitment — Source and onboard relevant affiliates (micro-creators, cashback communities, digital resellers) from Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Shop, and other channels. Own the full registration-to-activation flow.
- Content Direction & QC — Prepare and distribute regular promotional briefs — key messages, P1945 do's & don'ts, and updated visual assets. Set a self-certification checklist so manual QC is reserved for content going into paid or amplified placements.
- Campaign Execution — Execute affiliate campaigns aligned with the promo calendar (Flash Sale, Double Date, brand moments) based on strategy direction from the Commercial Performance Lead. Own scheduling, mechanics, briefings, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Product Seeding Coordination — Coordinate seeding requests with OPS & Inventory — stock requests, shipping schedules, and affiliate receipt confirmation. This role owns the coordination layer, not direct logistics.
- Tracking System Integrity — Own the accuracy of affiliate tracking across Shopee and TikTok Shop — links, promo codes, and platform integrations. Sync with the E-Commerce Specialist to keep product links live and data clean.
- Performance Reporting — Prepare monthly affiliate reports covering GMV, commissions, conversions, active affiliate count, and growth trends — with actionable optimisation recommendations for the Commercial Performance Lead.
- Community Event Support — Support P1945 affiliate community events 1–2x per year — invitations, materials, and operational logistics. Strategy and decisions stay with the Commercial Performance Lead; execution is yours.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- Min. Bachelor's (S1) — Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Min. 2–3 years in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience independently running affiliate programmes on Shopee and/or TikTok Shop — full-cycle, not just execution support.
- Background in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
- Shopee Affiliate Program and TikTok Shop Affiliate — working knowledge of mechanics, required.
- Spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for tracking, reporting, and affiliate database management, required.
- Familiarity with campaign management and promo-calendar tools — strong plus.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proactive communicator — builds affiliate relationships and coordinates cross-functionally (OPS, Inventory, Branding) without needing a handler.
- Analyses GMV, CVR, and commission data fluently; turns numbers into concrete next actions.
- Detail-oriented and system-minded — comfortable owning a checklist-driven role where accuracy matters more than volume.
