Job description for Affiliate Specialist (Freelance) at Kelola Media Usaha

To manage and scale affiliate and KOC programs across TikTok, Instagram & Youtube. This role focuses on building a strong network of creators through performance-based (commission-only) collaborations and product seeding strategies to drive brand awareness, content volume, and sales conversion.
1. Affiliate Program Management (TikTok, Instagram & Youtube)
- Recruit, onboard, and manage creator affiliates under a pure commission (CPA/CPS) model
- Identify and scale high-performing creators to maximize GMV contribution
- Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates to ensure consistent content output and sales performance
2. KOC Seeding & Content Strategy (TikTok & Instagram)
- Source and recruit KOC / nano-creators for product seeding campaigns
- Manage end-to-end seeding process: outreach, product delivery, briefing, and content follow-up
- Drive a high volume of authentic, native-style content to support brand awareness and social proof
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning while maintaining a natural, “real user” tone
- Build and maintain a scalable KOC database for long-term collaboration
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor daily/weekly performance of affiliate and KOC campaigns
- Generate insights on creator performance, content trends, and ROI
