Job description for Affiliate Planner at MOSAIC COMPANY LIMITED
1/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Planning and Optimization: Develop and be with the internalteam to optimize comprehensive Marketing/Media/Affiliate plans and campaigns across various channels (highly focused TiktokShop/Shopee), ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
- Proposal Development for Pitching: Work on the client brief & be with BD team to create compelling Marketing/Media/Affiliate proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client or business needs with a focus on clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and timelines & targeting to win the pitches.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance. Use this data to refine strategies and improve future initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop, track, and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet business goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, digital, and sales to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and adapt plans accordingly.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations based on numerical analysis.
2/JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- Personal Qualities: Integrity, growth mindset, proactiveness, creativity and Strong team player
- Minimum of 2-4 year of experience in a related role as Account Manager, Marketing Planner...with a strong understanding of proposal creation, campaign management, and execution.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Numerical and Analytical Skills: Strong numerical aptitude and experience working with data analytics tools.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to marketing strategies.
- Proposal and Presentation Skills: Expertise in developing clear, structured proposals and presenting them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning and Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools; familiarity with marketing
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data, proposals, and reporting.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Advertising Agencies, Digital Media, or Affiliate Marketing companies.
3/BENEFITS SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE
- Income: Nego (Base Salary+ commission).
- Meal (55.000 VNĐ/day), mobile phone allowance (100.000 VNĐ/month).
- Probationary: 100% salary - Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
- Work directly with Vietnam's Leading industrial corporations: MBBank, Shopee, Techcombank.v.v. 13 day leave per year(include 1 day leave in birthday month)
