- Responsible for the affiliate marketing channel’s performance to meet the sales targets and ensure the efficiency of the channel.
- The daily management and optimization of existing campaigns including in-house campaigns (UAC and Facebook) and outsource (affiliates and partners) to meet acquisition and retention goals.
- Promote and develop affiliate program.
- Search and connect new affiliates.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current affiliates (direct and affiliate-networks).
- Manage all affiliate campaigns, ensuring campaigns are kept within affiliate budget including commissions and budget spend to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
- Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume.
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI (together with BA).
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monthly closing by affiliate networks and affiliates.
- Drive and coordinate creative content preparation for the affiliate channel.
- Prepare tasks for IT to realize different types of integration with affiliates (pixel, post back, API and etc.).
- Cooperate with Anti-Fraud and Risk departments to prevent fraud from publishers, block publishers and negotiate with CPA networks about compensation.
- Implement the mystery shopping competitors’ applications.
1. Application requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing focusing on affiliate marketing channels (experience and knowledge in consumer finance is an advantage).
- Have an established network of affiliate partners and a good understanding of the market dynamics.
- Drive to execute and deliver against ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with multitasking.
- Experience in using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and innovation
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent team work, ability to work under a tight schedule.
- Fluent in English and native Vietnamese speaker.
