Job description for Affiliate Marketing Intern (Ngành Mẹ & Bé) at EPLC Vietnam LTD

1. Mô tả chung

Affiliate Marketing Intern hỗ trợ team Marketing trong việc triển khai, quản lý và tối ưu các chiến dịch tiếp thị liên kết (Affiliate) nhằm tăng độ phủ thương hiệu và doanh số cho các sản phẩm mẹ & bé trên các nền tảng online.

2. Nhiệm vụ chính

Quản lý & Phát triển Affiliate

Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và xây dựng danh sách KOL/KOC, reviewer, creator phù hợp với ngành hàng mẹ & bé.
Hỗ trợ duyệt creator và xử lý đăng ký affiliate trên các nền tảng (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliates, Facebook…).
Giải đáp các thắc mắc cơ bản của creator, hỗ trợ đẩy link, tạo mã giảm giá.

Vận hành Chiến dịch

Cập nhật thông tin sản phẩm, giá, ưu đãi, mã giảm giá để gửi cho affiliate
Theo dõi hiệu quả từng creator (click, đơn hàng, hoa hồng) và đề xuất sản phẩm phù hợp.
Hỗ trợ triển khai các mini-campaign theo từng tuần/tháng.

Nội dung & Tài nguyên (Content Support)

Chuẩn bị tài liệu mô tả sản phẩm, guideline sáng tạo video, key message cho creator.
Hỗ trợ biên soạn nội dung ngắn: caption, gợi ý angle, ý tưởng video.
Sắp xếp sản phẩm gửi review (nếu cần).

Báo cáo & Phân tích

Tổng hợp số liệu đơn hàng, hoa hồng, top creator hiệu quả theo tuần/tháng.
Theo dõi các chỉ số: GMV, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate từ chiến dịch affiliate.
Đề xuất ý tưởng tối ưu hiệu quả.

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên

Kiến thức & Kỹ năng

Yêu thích ngành mẹ & bé hoặc có hiểu biết cơ bản về thị trường.
Nắm bắt trend TikTok tốt, ưu tiên biết sử dụng TikTok Shop.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, chủ động, cẩn thận và làm việc có trách nhiệm.
Có khả năng học nhanh, làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.

Ưu tiên

Có kinh nghiệm làm KOL/KOC, supporter, hoặc đã từng làm TikTok Shop là điểm cộng lớn.
Có khả năng viết caption ngắn, tạo angle nội dung cơ bản.

4. Quyền lợi

Hỗ trợ dấu mộc/thực tập, xác nhận thực tập.
Cơ hội được đào tạo chuyên sâu về Affiliate, TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate.
Môi trường trẻ, năng động, sản phẩm mẹ & bé dễ làm nội dung, dễ tăng đơn.
Có cơ hội trở thành nhân viên chính thức sau 3 tháng nếu phù hợp.
