Job Description
1. Develop and execute affiliate strategies on TikTok Shop and Shopee to drive GMV, traffic, and conversion.
2. Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, and KOLs.
3. Create campaign briefs, commission schemes, product seeding plans, vouchers, and promotional programs.
4. Monitor affiliate performance, including sales, conversion rate, commission cost, content performance, and ROI.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyze trends, and propose improvement plans for affiliate campaigns.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, KOL/influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
2. Familiar with TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate tools, seller dashboards, campaign programs, and voucher mechanics.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, CTR, ROI, and commission cost.
4. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills when working with creators and affiliates.
5. Detail-oriented, target-driven, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
