Job description for Advertising Account Executive (Location free) at KKBC (HK) LIMITED

Summary:
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for all phases of day-to-day operating responsibilities with particular emphasis on proper scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping of the account. Accounts are US advertisers that are advertising in Japan.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for gathering, organizing, and maintaining, to the Accounts Group Manager’s satisfaction, detailed advertising/marketing records on her/his accounts.
• With appropriate direction and supervision, the Account Executive is to handle the day-to-day mechanics of his/her account (to the degree s/he has sufficient experience,) i.e.:
  • Drafts and issues conference reports in English on client meetings and significant telephone calls;
  • Initiates projects within the agency, issuing work orders, directive memoranda, and other paperwork as needed
  • Follows up on all work in progress to ensure meeting due dates;
  • Issues pertinent project lists, status reports, production schedules as warranted, etc.
  • Maintains media and production budgets and estimates, working with other departments as needed; and
  • Arranges internal and client meetings in advance and informs interested members of the staff, so that they know what is expected and when.
• Prepares agency recommendations and other projects
• Keeps immediate supervisor posted as to status and progress of all projects, drawing upon the Accounts Group Manager for assistance and advice as needed.
• Examines all estimates and invoices prior to review by the Accounts Group Manager in preparation for submission to the client and obtains departmental agreement beforehand on any questions that may arise
• Participates in client meetings at the direction and discretion of his supervisor (Accounts Group Manager)
Basic Requirements:
• Must possess business level English, TOEIC 600+ or equivalent certification(s) is a plus
• Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Experience in an international working environment

Technical Requirements:
• Has own working space
• Fast internet connection
  • PC or laptop with sufficient specifications
