Job description for Administrative Assistant at Pt. Vic Indonesia
In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities. Such as collect, organize and retrieve information and documents, and make arrangements for meetings.
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filling delivering mail, answering and phone calls, and data entry
- Manage data in spreadsheet and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Organize and schedule meetings
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Cary out clerical duties,such as answering phone, send and reply to email, preparing documents.
Requirements:
- Located: Bandung
- Hold at least Diploma or Equivalent
- Degree in business administrator or relevant fields is preffered
- Required language: English
- At least 1 year experience in administrative services or related fields
- Exceptional verbal and written communicatios skill
- Exceptional in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
