Job description for Administrative Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time) at OMNA Pte Ltd
- Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with managers and executives in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assist to do basic data entry into company systems
- Assist to do basic product quality inspections and checks
- Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Email)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Flexible working hours available. We require a commitment of minimally 20 hours per week.
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents only.
