Job description for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND HUMAN RESOURCE at Sheng Keong Construction Pte Ltd
- Support HR operational processes, including the processing of monthly payroll, statutory reporting, etc.
- Organise and maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity of personnel, leave, training records and etc.
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations & accommodation arrangements.
- Support the training and development of our employees
- Monitor and manage company vehicles related matters (Road Tax, VPC, Insurance & Inspection etc.,)
- Assist with any other assigned administrative duties as required.
