Job Description
- Membantu proses administrasi di Departement keuangan (procurement)
- Update database vendor, pitching vendor by phone
- Automasi administrasi
- Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap ketepatan pemeriksaan dengan anggaran dan atau kebutuhan
- Memastikan kelengkapan dokumentasi pembelian, yaitu PO, Surat Jalan, Invoice dan Faktur Pajak
- Pengarsipan Berkas Berkas
Requirement
- Pendidikan minimal SMK s/d S1, semua jurusan, jurusan akuntansi diutamakan
- Bersedia Hybrid (WFO dan WFH), minimal WFO 3 kali/minggu
- Menguasai MS. Office (word, excel, power point)
- Detail, cekatan, bertanggungjawab dan inisiatif tinggi
