Job description for Administration Officer at JOBSON ASIA PTE LTD
- Support day to day operational tasks and provide assistance to handle broad range of Company's needs
- Perform and monitor Account Receivables and Account Payables
- Issue Invoices, Quotation, PO, Create Delivery orders and follow up
- To assist Account Manager/ Account Executive on the daily accounts related work area
- Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing
- Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments
- Paying vendors by scheduling payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Answering phone calls
- Perform other administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
