Work location: Charmvit Tower - 117 Tran Duy Hung St., Hanoi
Job Description:
1. Support for Sales:
- Manage weekly/ monthly sales result, sales progress vs target
- Summarize sales target & calculate salesman incentive
2. Manage company stamps and power of authority
3. Manage company schedule:
- Arrange/set up company meeting/BOD meetings
- Administration support for BOD: business trip arrangement (air ticket/accommodation /car), settle for business trip expense
4. Other administration tasks to be assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant majors
- From 1 year of work experience in Admin/Assistant position
- Attention to detail and willing to do mindset
- Fluent English
- Japanese is a plus
