  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain, management, economics, or related field
  • Min. 2 years of experience as an admin purchasing
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Ability to multi-tasking, adapt and take initiative
  • High tolerance for a fast pace working environment

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders (PO), payment request (PR)
  • Contact suppliers and request quotations
  • Track deliveries and inventory
  • Maintain purchasing records and documents
  • Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks
