  • Melakukan pencarian dan pendataan supplier bahan baku, aksesoris, dan kebutuhan produksi.
  • Membuat purchase order berdasarkan kebutuhan produksi.
  • Memastikan pembelian bahan sesuai spesifikasi, jumlah, harga, dan deadline yang ditentukan.
  • Melakukan follow up ke supplier terkait ketersediaan barang, harga, pengiriman, dan kendala pembelian.
  • Membandingkan harga dari beberapa supplier untuk mendapatkan harga terbaik.
  • Melakukan pengecekan invoice, surat jalan, dan dokumen pembelian.
  • Menginput dan merapikan data pembelian secara rutin.
  • Membantu memastikan stok bahan baku dan aksesoris tetap aman untuk kebutuhan produksi.
