Job description for Admin Operasional at Jago Coffee
Job Description :
1. Menyiapkan produk/supply untuk Jagoan (operator) dan input detil di sistem depot portal
2. Monitor pemesanan mobile dan mengatur pemesanan kepada Jagoan (operator)
3. Melakukan aktivitas pembukuan dasar harian, seperti jumlah transaksi harian, jumlah produk expired/waste, produk sisa yang tidak terjual
4. Membuat laporan transaksi secara berkala (harian) dan mengatur cashflow harian
5. Melakukan inventory report harian
6. Memproses pemesanan dari Grabfood, dan Gofood.
7. Mengisi daily check list admin (opening check list dan closing check list)
8. Menginput item jurnal dan omni channel
9. Mempersiapkan rawa material yang akan digunakan produksi H-1
10. Mengecek dan melengkapi setiap barang datang (Surat jalan)
Requirements:
1. Wanita, usia maksimal 28 tahun
2. Pendidikan minimal SMA atau lebih baik SMK Administrasi
3. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
4. Berkemampuan yang baik dalam komunikasi dengan tim
5. Mampu mengoperasikan sistem komputer seperti microsoft office dan email
6. Memiliki interpersonal yang baik
