1. Menangani chat pelanggan marketplace sesuai SOP dan standar respon
2. Memberikan informasi produk, stok, promo dan pengiriman secara akurat
3. Memantau dan memastikan proses pesanan berjalan dengan tepat waktu tanpa pending
4. Berkordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk picking,packing dan pengiriman
5. Melakukan pengecekan stok, proses retur, serta pencatatan dan pelaporan
6. Menyusun laporan order dan retur per marketplace secara berkala
