Job description for Admin Intern at PT. Mecapan Kreasi Indonesia
- Assisting day to day administration for the Massage by Mecapan team
- Handling client request and needs
- Responding to customer chat and complaints
- Manage and inputting data to our Database
- Follow up and processing payments to customer
- Bachelor's student in any majors (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Have any experience with administrative and clerical things
- Good communication skills (both written & spoken) and abbility to handle people tactfully and sensitively
