Job description for Admin Executive at SOL Integrative Wellness Centre
- To coordinate between various departments and entities
- To sourcing, develop, buying, and negotiate varieties of item to fulfil the need of the company for day to day operation
- To update current stock and new ordering / verification of monthly stock check
- Negotiate price and terms with suppliers and review opportunities.
- To perform daily office operation functions such as data entry, record keeping, inventories, and maintenance plan
- To prepare monthly reports such as sales report
- To provide support to Accounts Department by preparing Purchase Order and Invoices
- To perform any other related duties as assigned
