Job description for Admin Executive at Steadfast
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and respond promptly to customer's inquiries, requests and complaints via phone calls, e-mails, and other platforms.
- Prepare Contracts, Quotations, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices with accuracy
- Schedule and monitor job process to ensure timely delivery of job and collection of payment
- Follow-up on outstanding jobs and perform call back to customers if necessary.
- Perform general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
- Other task as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O level
- Minimum with 5 years of experience in the relevant field
- MS Office proficient (Word, Excel) and Xero Accounting Software
- Excellent Customer service
- Meticulous and independent
- Able to work under pressure, in fast pace environment and meet deadlines

- Job Location is at Hexacube (near Eunos MRT)
- 5 day work week
- 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary: $2200
