Job description for Admin cum Accounts Assistant at Embreis (s) Pte Ltd
- Provide daily Office Administration / Operation Support & Co-ordination to the relevant departments
- Assist with filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
- Assist with daily administrative team duties.
- Assist in Accounting Data entry, ensuring accuracy
- Issue invoices, purchase orders and delivery orders
- Follow up on the completeness of all delivery orders.
- Handle incoming calls and any other adhoc duties as assigned
- Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
- Minimum O level and above
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient with all MS Office Applications
- Proficient with Accounting Software
- Possess positive work attitude and good time management skill
- Competent in office skills.
- Able to handle all staff administrative essential job functions.
