Job description
1.Promotion of workplace wide rent, decoration, renovation, relocation, lease cancellation and other projects
2. The formulation of the annual administrative budget plan
3. Purchasing inquiry and price comparison to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and sign contracts
4. Asset inventory management
5. Welfare category: formulating plans for daily activities such as daily afternoon tea and birthday parties
6. Building communication and outreach
7. Visa processing
8. Maintain good communication with the business department, deeply understand the needs of the business department, accurately judge the fundamental needs, customize the plan, and promote the work
9. Emergency handling of emergencies and matters explained by leaders
Job requirements
1.With more than 3 years of administrative management experience in group or chain companies
2.Stress-resistant, good communication, cheerful personality, can find solutions independently in the face of difficulties
3.Be able to master the administrative procurement categories, market prices and resources in the Indonesian local market
4.Have experience in workplace decoration and renovation, and the area is not less than 2,000 square meters
5.Mandarin is a must, English will be advantage
