Job description for Admin and Finance intern at Consulting Group - Asia Insight Pte Ltd

Programme Scope
- Be part of an exciting business! The candidate will get detailed, backend exposure into the workings of a market research consultancy from an administrative support point-of-view, and learn the ropes of the corporate world.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Assist the Administrative team in various aspects of admin such as office automation, archiving, customer management, etc.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Assist Office Manager for the management of office supplies and maintenance
- Be part of the office's front desk where you will meet clients, understand the workings of a qualitative study and greet and assist visitors to the office
- Assist other project teams
Pre-Requisites
- Keeness in learning about the market research industry
- Interest in Administrative Operations
- Strong Project Management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills (esp. English)
- Be driven and motivated, willing to learn
- Basic programming is a plus, but not necessary
Looking for candidates that can start immediately, with a minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time)
