Job description for Accounting Officer (AR/AP) at Panasonic Việt Nam
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue VAT invoices to customers
- Check timesheets for billing
- Process payment to suppliers
- Daily reconcile bank account transactions
- Monthly reconcile AR/AP with customers/suppliers
- Support for tax declarations (VAT, FCT)
- Support for month-end closing
- Filing accounting vouchers
- Other accounting work as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Nationality Vietnamese
- Qualification University degree in accounting
- Year of Experiences 0-2 years. Open for fresher.
- Preferred Language English/Vietnamese
Compulsory Skills & Knowledge (Must have):
- Hard-working & thorough
- High level of integrity & attention to details
- 1–2-year experience in the same position in FDI companies
- Preferred Skills & Knowledge (Nice to have): Japanese
