Job description for Accounting Executive (Nhân viên Kế Toán) at Bss Group
What we expect you to perform
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s operations in the IT sector
- Review the validity and accuracy of invoices, and other related accounting documents.
- Perform account reconciliations, monitor collections and payments, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve outstanding issues.
- Record accounting documents and bank transactions in MISA software
- Coordinate and guide other departments on finance and accounting procedures
- Prepare payment documents via Internet banking, Organize and file accounting documents
- Participate in monthly account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Other tasks assigned by the Senior Accountants
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Available for full-time
- Exhibit logical thinking, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude at work
- Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure
