DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- Membuat jurnal transaksi ke program Accurate
- Memverifikasi kelengkapan dokumen transaksi
- Memproses tagihan AP dan AP Payment ke dalam program Accurate
- Membuat tagihan ke dalam sistem perbankan
- Rekonsiliasi bank
- Monitoring Cash Flow perusahaan
- Membuat laporan keuangan
- Membuat Laporan cost sheet proyek
- Cek opname karyawan
- Filling dokumen transaksi
- Hitung, setor dan lapor transaksi perpajakan perusahaan (PPh 21, 23, 4 (2), PPN dan lainnya)
KUALIFIKASI:
- Minimal D3/S1 di bidang Akuntansi/Keuangan
- Pengalaman pada bidang yang sama min. 1 Tahun
- Memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar akunting dan keuangan
- Menguasai software akuntansi (Accurate)
- Menguasai MS Office terutama Excel
- Mampu untuk bekerja cepat di bawah tekanan
- Dapat bekerja dalam team, jujur, teliti, tepat waktu (deadline)
- Proaktif & memiliki communication skill yang baik untuk berinteraksi dengan pihak eksternal & internal perusahaan
- Dapat Bergabung Secepatnya

CTM was founded in 2003 in Gunung Putri, Bogor. We started off working on small-scale projects. Our earliest projects include the installation of the HVAC systems in the Governor's Office in Maluku, the Plumbing and Sprinkler systemsat the BKPM office and the mechanical and electrical systems in the Governor's Office in Bangka. We have since grown to take on larger-scale projects. CTM has grown to become a major player in the Mechanical and Electrical Construction industry, taking on increasingly larger and more complex projects. To date, we have completed close to 90 projects throughout Indonesia. To accomodate our growth, CTM has moved to a larger office at a prime location at Jalan Panjang, West Jakarta.
